Newbie here, but PPCs are not unique weapon, though it might be a unique name. It's basically just an ion/particle cannon. − :Agreed - particle cannons are not new, although the name is unique. Tesla proposed similar ideas and DARPA floated the idea in 1958 with experiments going on for decades.
