I looked into finding references to the article's name.  There is no mentioned during the time period when these events happened that used the name Scatter. Scatter is not used anywhere for a lyran military operation. Both the Handbook: House Steiner & House Steiner (The Lyran Commonwealth) both use name Long March for this military offensive. Article if retained should be re-named Long March Offensive.  I have no idea where Scatter came from. -- [[User:Wrangler|Wrangler]] 02:40, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
