Staff Sergeant Jess Wellsey was a member of the Command Lance, First Company, Second Battalion of the 3rd Sirian Lancers as of 3057.[1]

In 3057 during Operation GUERRERO, Wellsey participated in the successful invasion of the Federated Commonwealth held world of Castor, against the Castor Planetary Militia and assisting Federated Commonwealth liaison personnel.[1]

Wellsey piloted an NTK-2Q Night Hawk BattleMech.[1]
