Pine participated in Operation KLONDIKE, ilKhan Nicholas Kerensky's campaign to reconquer the Pentagon Worlds.[2]
By the time of the Widowmaker Absorption in 2834, Pine was a Star Captain in the 194th Crusader Cluster, and witnessed her Khan Cal Jorgensson fire the lethal shots on ilKhan Nicholas Kerensky. In her personal log she later noted that she realised at that time her Clan had been doomed by that accident.[1] As the Trial of Absorption continued following the death of Khan Jorgensson, Pine further recorded in her personal log her view that Clan Wolf's actions were against Clan law, and a a formal batchall should have been offered before they sought to enact their vengeance.[3]
Star Colonel Tamra Vickers was reported to be the only survivor of the 194th Crusader Cluster's final engagement with Clan Wolf and Clan Jade Falcon on 9 October 2834, near Ironhold City on Ironhold, and accordingly Pine is thought to have died during that battle.[4]
