Baldric Kell was a trueborn officer of Clan Wolf-in-Exile.
History
Born from the giftake of Phelan Kell, Baldric was the only member of Bloodhouse Kell to rise to prominence within the Exiled Wolves.[citation needed] He was the former commanding officer of Anastasia Kerensky.[1]
