History
Carney served in the Battalion Command Lance of Second Company, Second Battalion at the Kell Hounds final action during the Battle of Mallory's World in 3016.[2] In January 3052, Clifford Carney participated in the Battle of Luthien against Clan Smoke Jaguar and Clan Nova Cat. He also served in the same Lance as Morgan Kell.[1][3]

Clifford piloted a Crusader BattleMech.[1]
Notes
Clifford Carney is spelled as "Clifford Varney" in a later portion of the Luthien (scenario pack). Currently, there is no information confirming which is correct.[3]
