The Oberon Confederation was a Periphery state located between the Greater Valkyrate and the Elysian Fields. The worlds that Oberon Confederation contained were as follows: The Rock, Ferris, Drask's Den, Paulus Prime, Crellacor, Gustrell, Sigurd, Placida, Blackstone, and Oberon VI. Phelan Kell was captured by Clan Wolf forces on The Rock in 3049.
