The Khan of the Scorpion Empire is the highest-ranking warrior and overall ruler of the Clan. Following the Goliath Scorpions' migration to Nueva Castile in 3080, the Khan has also been the leader of the Escorpión Imperio, and from 3141 the Scorpion Empire. With the formation of the position of ZarKhan, the Khan’s powers are restricted to military affairs but they retain the sole power to nominate candidates to the position of ZarKhan from among the ReKhans if the incumbent zarKhan is not reelected.
