Joelle Williams was a Captain in the Smithson's Chinese Bandits.[1]
History[edit]
Captain Joelle Williams joined the Bandits in 3010 and fell in on a BattleMech from the Jade Warriors, one of two mercenary commands that combined to form the Bandits. During the Clan Invasion Williams, now into her sixties, found her skills beginning to fade. Long since orphaned in a DropShip accident, the Bandit commanders decided not to force her into retirement as they were the only family she had.[1]
