As of early 3028, Rummel was a member of the Command Lance, Stane's Company of Charlie Battalion. Following the Battle of Misery, this lance became the Recon Lance of Alpha Regiment's Third Provisional Company, which went on to fight and was wiped out on Glenmora in 3029.[1]

Percival Rummel was known to pilot a Javelin BattleMech.[1]
