He was the patriarch of House Liao, whom which was one whom first left Terra in 2188. He was viewed as a visionary and also a wacko.
Biography
Early Years
Elisa was born in the Hong Kong Free State on Terra, was noted for being product of a unusal marriage, due owing his parentage to his English Policitian father, and Nepalese mother. He grew up and attended Hong Kong University, where he took politics as his major. He then later attended Oxford, England's university where he took global economics.[1]
Terran Politian
Once coming back from England, he was elected as Assemblyman for Hong Kong Free State's government in 2176. With only two years later, he was elected and became the third President of the Hong Kong Free State. However, in 2179, Offshore China Republic invaded Hong Kong and Elisa & his family was forced to flee nation to Nepal..[2]
In 2182 Elias Liao, former President of the Hong Kong Free State, emerged from exile in Tibet. His fanatical following of anarchists, the "New World Disciples", went on an assassination spree, killing 149 bureaucrats, scientists and government leaders, including twenty-six heads of state.
In 2187, the Republic of China invaded and occupied the Hong Kong Free State.
In 2189, in an agreement to end the killings, Liao and his followers were expelled from Terra and given an unnamed planet near Aldebaran. Elias Liao named the planet Cynthiana, after his wife.
