History
In 3049, Theodore Kurita made a political statement about his intentions toward the Federated Commonwealth by posting his son, Hohiro, to the 14th Legion, well away from the border with Davion space. In March 3050 the Legion attempted to defend Turtle Bay from Clan Smoke Jaguar.[1] The unit was destroyed, and the few survivors were reassigned to the 16th Legion of Vega.[2]

It is implied in Lethal Heritage that Hohiro Kurita commanded a battalion prior to the unit's destruction on Turtle Bay.
