Phantom 'Mech

The Phantom 'Mech skill was a special ability possessed by Morgan Kell. It enabled him to rescue the body of Ian Davion from Combine forces, though after that he secluded himself in the St. Marinus Monastery. From this it can be assumed that the skill has some kind of emotional or psychological side effect.
