DETAILS

The Wolves, once the strongest of the Clans, are now battered and divided. In an attempt to regain their position at the forefront of the Clan invasion, the Crusader faction stole the genetic material of our founders. This theft, and their false clues, were supposed to taunt us into battle with the Draconis Combine and the other Clans, attempting to weaken us in useless combat until they could rise once again to their former position of power. Your diligence, however, has brought their treachery to light.

Most offensive, in a heinous break from Clan tradition, the Wolves planned to use the genetic material of Tseng and Jorgensson to strengthen their own weakened genetic line. When Clan Wolf split, the Wardens took with them the genetic material of their ancestors. This has left the future of the Crusader faction in danger. They cannot hope to regain and protect Terra without a bloodline with will provide them with strong warriors in the future.

New Coffton is the site of Moritz’s heaviest traffic. Our intelligence believes that Tseng and Jorgensson’s legacy is hidden in the city. Destroy the city with unbound brutality. The time for restraint has passed.

DEBRIEFING

You destroyed New Coffton and gave the rabid wolves a taste of Ghost Bear vengeance. Once container, that holding Jorgensson’s sacred genes, was in New Coffton, but the Tseng legacy is still lost. Intelligence has detected heavy ‘Mech traffic in the Gnesta Valley, where the material must be hidden.

GENETIC MATERIAL RECOVERED. This was just the first strike. The Wolves will regret their offense.

AFTERMATH

You are partway to the completion of your crusade. Once we have located Tseng’s genetic material, your mission will continue until the Freebirth thieves are in the clutches of icy death. We will have the satisfaction of knowing that when we kill them, we exterminate their line: without genetic material, the Crusader Wolves will not exist beyond this generation. Although they will still fight, they are already dead.
