History

The Blistering Wind was an Union-class DropShip, in service to the Draconis Combine as of December 3150, attached to the Hikage and its Commander Sho-sho Hisao Ikeda.[1]

The Blistering Wind was part of a Draconis Combine taskforce which went to Northwind in December 3150, in order to assist the Capellan Confederation invasion, where it was subject to a bombing in orbit by a Republic of the Sphere Ghost Knight Maxwell Cheng while under cover as a Capellan agent, in order to split the alliance between the two invading powers.[2]

The Blistering Wind was damaged, but not destroyed, in this incident.[1]
