Captain Andrea Dugan was a member of Beta Regiment of the Wolf's Dragoons as of 3028.[1]

History
As of early 3028, Dugan was a member of the Command Lance of Baker Battalion. Following the Battle of Misery, Dugan joined the Heavy Lance of Beta Regiment's Third Provisional Company. She subsequently went on to fight with the Third Provisional in the Battle of Wapakoneta, where she was ultimately killed.[1]
