Hiring Hall

Westerhand is a minor gathering place for mercenaries (AFAIK this has been the case for as long as any of the hiring hall planets have been around). The obvious citation is Combat Manual Mercenaries but I think that is still under moratorium. Can anyone think of an older source that confirms this?

All the sources in the Update Needed tag cover Westerhand's Quarterly Games and the merc recruitment it brings, but Mercenaries Supplemental is the best source for it, lots more detail than the one paragraph in Combat Manual: Mercs.Cyc (talk) 08:39, 15 August 2016 (PDT)
