5th Fusiliers of Oriente

History

Originally the SLDF's 208th Hussar Regulars, who refused to leave the Inner Sphere with the Exodus. They worked as a mercenary unit until offered permanent employment by the Duchy of Oriente in 2845.

In honor of its Star League ties, the Fifth Brigade contiues to use SLDF color schemes, and displays the Star League Crest in addition to the Marik one.

As of 3059 the Commanding Officer was Colonel Jerry Wagner, who had been in command since 3052.
