Description

The "Machina Domini" Interface Armor was a prototype suit of power armor designed as a component of the Word of Blake's Machina Domini project. In the short time that it existed, it was not known to have been given a proper name.[1]

The "Machina Domini" Interface Armor employed bio-feedback and neural-impulse technologies in order to allow its pilot to operate both the suit itself and the BattleMech into which it was integrated, with the BattleMech itself using a cockpit and control system specifically designed to integrate with the armor. The armor specifically required a VDNI in order to be used, and the use of the VDNI together with the unique systems in both the suit and cockpit obviated the need for most of a Diagnostic Interpretation Computer's functions, and even made a gyro unnecessary.[1]

In order to enhance the pilot's survivability, the suit was heavily armored for its size, and mounted both a Firedrake Support Needler and an additional anti-personnel weapon.[1]

Weapons and Equipment

The "Machina Domini" Interface Armour has a Firedrake Support Needler mounted in its right arm, and an Anti-Personnel Weapon Mount in its left arm, along with an Armored Glove on each hand.[1]
