History
Created by adding BattleMechs to a militia unit on New Aragon to help the planet fight off raids by the Capellan Confederation.
Participated in Operation Bulldog.
Officers
As of 3062 the Commanding Officer was Leftenant General Jimmie Kirston
Tactics
The Borderes are most effective as a counter-insurgency force and short-range strike force.
