1st St. Ives Lancers
History
The leading unit of the St. Ives Armored Cavalry for almost seven hundred years.
Served the Capellan Confederation for most of that time, and left the Confederation with the St. Ives Compact secession after the Fourth Succession War.
Fought in Operation Bulldog and the Great Refusal.
At the end of the St. Ives-Capellan War, the unit partially rebuilt by taking in survivors of the destroyed Cheveau Legers.
Officers
As of 3063 the Commanding Officer was Sang-shao Tristan Bothel, who took over from Duke Kai Allard-Liao after the conclusion of the Xin Sheng Campaign.
Tactics
Known for being very mobile, despite fielding large numbers of heavy and assault elements.
