Overview
The Three Hundred Ninety-sixth Dragoon Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History
In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the XLV Corps, Eighteenth Army, to an undisclosed district within the Periphery, though it was pulled out by 2765 to some unknown location during the Periphery Uprising.[1] The 396th survived the war and the Hegemony Campaign, to be absorbed by the Armed Forces of the Federated Suns by 2784.[1]
Composition
As an SLDF Dragoon regiment the 396th would have been composed primarily of heavy to assault 'Mechs, tanks and hovercraft.[2]
