Aadya Mehra was born in Umgard's capital where she became known as an attentive student. With many scholarship offers, she chose to attend the private Ngoya-Ogoto School of War. After two years, she graduated and became a mercenary. Serving in several commands, she found herself aboard the Argo working with Darius Oliveira.[1]
At some point she received a grievous injury: her left leg from the knee down is a prosthetic.[1]
Aadya Mehra was born on Regis Roost where she worked very hard into several fields, poetry among them. At a young age she was put to train in a 'Mech. She quickly got a catch on it, and though she started as the training joke, overtime she got overthem all. Once training was completed, she went for a job as a mercenary because her family told her that regular militia would have kicked her out.[2]
She has been on short assignments with some mercenary units, trying to set example for rookie pilots while trying to emulate the veteran ones, sometimes to her own embarrassment.[2]
Arano Restoration[edit]
After the conclusion of the Aurigan Civil War Mockingbird was released by Oliveira's company to serve in the Aurigan Coalition's special Rampart Company as part of the mop-up efforts. There she assumed the role of tactician and spotter. [1]
BattleMech/Vehicle[edit]
"Downburst" is a modified Shadow Hawk refitted with an advanced battle computer. It was previously the family BattleMech of House Janssen of Applan, donated to assist with the efforts of the Arano Restoration against House Espinosa.[1]
