Captain Ali Abdulaziz was an officer in Wolf's Dragoons, who served as the commander of Abdulaziz's Company (The Black Swallows) of Baker Battalion in Delta Regiment as of 3028.[1]

History[edit]

Despite piloting an assault 'Mech, Abdulaziz liked to spot for his artillery and engage in reconnaissance in force, together with the light lances of his company. While there was criticism of this approach by some, Abdulaziz considered it allowed him to surprise enemies who were expecting only light forces, enabling him to destroy many lighter enemy 'Mechs.

This tactic however proved fatal during the Battle of Misery in 3028, where his Command Lance was caught by a superior Kurita force, and his accompanying light 'Mechs were unable to provide sufficient support to allow him to disengage. His entire Command Lance was wiped out in this engagement, and Abdulaziz was killed.[1]

BattleMech[edit]

Abdulaziz was known to pilot a tiger-striped BattleMaster BattleMech.[1]
