History

FedCom Civil War Era

The unit was not involved in high profile battles of the FedCom Civil War. However, it was was responsible for taking care of low-level hot spots in Combat Region. After the assassination of Arthur Steiner-Davion in 3062, unit was involved in putting down the violence broke out from his death on unit homeworld of Anjin Muerto. Neighboring worlds of Okefenokee and Crofton were similarly effected by uprisings that unit had to later combat. It was not until 3066, till Lt. General Requin and Anjin Muerto CrMM could finally pacify the Combat Region. During this time, the unit faced pirate raids from from the neighboring Tortuga Dominions.[1]

Though the unit was in a relatively quiet area of the Federated Suns, it has lost approximately half the 'Mechs and armor units it possessed before the Jihad. These troops are being reassigned to rebuild the destroyed Marlette CrMM. Though the loss of so many troops is affecting their abilities, the fact that the command staff remains intact mitigates several of the problems that would otherwise occur.[2]

Officers

In 3025 the unit is commanded by Major General David Trime.[3]

As of 3050 the commanding officer was Leftenant General Mary Skipworth.[4]

As of 3054 the commanding officer was Leftenant General George Kubas.[5]

As of 3062 the commanding officer was Leftenant General Earl Renquin.[6]

As of 3067 the commanding officer was Major General Toren Kell.[7]

As of 3085 the commanding officer is Leftenant General Rowena Leaven.[8]

Tactics

As common the militia fighting best in small formation and the equipment in form of jump cable mechs and hovercraft to surprise the enemy with unexpected mobility.[6]
