Anya Kerensky defended Nicholas Kerensky's genetic legacy from Clan Smoke Jaguar in a Trial of Possession during the Golden Century. Although the Wolves were victorious and retained exclusive possession of Nicholas Kerensky's genetic legacy, Khan Anya Kerensky was killed during the Trial.[1]

Clan Wolf-in-Exile would honor Anya Kerensky's last stand against the Smoke Jaguars by inscribing her name on a new medal known as the Kerensky Star. Also inscribed on the Kerensky Star are the names of Nicholas Kerensky, Andery Kerensky, Natasha Kerensky, and Ulric Kerensky.[1]
