Baldric Kell was a trueborn officer of Clan Wolf-in-Exile.
History
Born from the giftake of Phelan Kell, Baldric was for some time the only member of Bloodhouse Kell to rise to prominence within the Exiled Wolves. He was the former commanding officer of Anastasia Kerensky.[1]
