* (Addressed, but still open) There's one system missing from the Hyades Rim area (later 3040 Taurian Concordat space) called Eliat. It's a different system from Heliat and both appear on the Arano sourcebook map, page 12. Hobbes (talk) 14:01, 31 August 2020 (EDT)

* (Received) Personally, I miss a Map Legend link. Not all details are self-explanatory. That link should be placed with any individual map file but also in every system article, preferably included with the image's caption (maybe something similar to the "e" footnote going with system coordinates). Frabby (talk) 02:05, 18 January 2020 (EST)
** Good find! Coordinates have been extracted and I've added the system in the SUC Kit. Hopefully the editors will be able to use the data when they create an article entry for it, and when our resident map master gruese finds some free time he'd be able to update the affected maps, afterward Nic will be updating the Nearest Neighbors tables. Sorry for missing this one -Volt (talk) 21:42, 1 September 2020 (EDT)

* (Received) I love the style of the new map, but I feel like the images compress the names too far to read on the actual planet page, necessitating a click through to the full file. would it be at all possible to have the initial image just contain the 30 light year circle and have the click through have the full 60, just to increase resolution within the space of the infor card? Or would that be the kind of thing that is simple to say but would be stupidly hard to implement? *** As of this week, Gruese has generated the images for the entire Inner Sphere from the updated SUCKit; just waiting on Nic to re-populate the site and this can be closed.--Revanche (talk|contribs) 11:21, 20 May 2021 (EDT)

**In reply to RasalhagueLibrarian: The team discussed the range rings and unanimously (iirc) decided that the maps should include 30 and 60 ly rings, just like the old maps. That is the jump range of LF Battery-equipped ships, and was generally felt to be a good useable scale for orientation and navigation. I can't say much about the readability of the names, but I fear that's an intrinsic problem with the vector-based graphics of the .svg files. If the letters are scaled up we might encounter clutter problems in densely populated areas. Gruese would be the specialist for this question. * Looking at :Category:Escorpión Imperio Planets, it appears there a number of (possibly) new systems that need to have maps added, maybe themselves added to the SUCKit. Noting here, notifying Volt myself. Revanche (talk|contribs) 15:37, 30 April 2021 (EDT)

** The OD team did discuss this, but it was decided that the (minor) space the explanation would take up wasn't seen as an advantage over the relatively quick realization that the colors indicated whether the neighboring systems were within the first 30 lightyears, the second (60 lys), or just outside the greatest jump (as indicated by the distance to each system). -Revanche (talk|contribs) 10:37, 19 January 2020 (EST)

* (Received) I love the new map inserts, really great work by the team responsible. Now, how easy would it be to auto-generate "Political Affiliation" entries from the same data source? For example, Robinson's latest Political affiliation reads "3145 - Draconis Combine" but the map (circa 3151) shows it as part of the FedSuns again. -Jimmy the Tulip

** Thank you for the feedback, JtT! We're definitely glad you like them. As to the Political Affiliations section, I imagine that might just be do-able. I'll forward this to Team OD. -Revanche (talk|contribs) 18:10, 21 January 2020 (EST)

* (Addressed) The map misspells "The Aquila Rift" as "Acquila Rift". It also appears to be oversized when compared to the maps containing the Aquila Rift in Interstellar Expeditions.198.200.112.72

** In reply to 198.200.112.72: The OD team (actually, I believe the Project: Planets team before that) decided not to make determiners like "the" an official part of a title, unless there was an exceptional reason. The mis-spelling, however, is a great catch. Sending both points to the team. -Revanche (talk|contribs) 17:17, 19 January 2020 (EST)

** Followup: the mis-spelling has been corrected and should be seen with the next update (in the next few days).--Revanche (talk|contribs) 19:50, 30 January 2020 (EST)

* (Closed) Mizar does not appear to be assigned to any faction on the 3151 map. Hobbes (talk) 20:37, 9 February 2020 (EST)

** That is correct, Mizar is an independent system in the 3151 map from Shattered Fortress. --Volt (talk) 19:10, 10 February 2020 (EST)

** This has been discussed and agreed upon as a suggestion that provides improvement. A master legend has been created and team members are working to introduce it to the site. -Revanche (talk|contribs) 13:32, 26 January 2020 (EST)

**In reply to RasalhagueLibrarian: As a follow-up to your idea of clicking from one smaller range to the larger, Mediawiki (the software behind Sarna BTW) does not work that way. I definitely like the concept of your idea, and wished that it did, but the smaller thumbnail is limited to the actual (larger) image uploaded to the site, and cannot depict two different images. -Revanche (talk|contribs) 15:33, 26 January 2020 (EST)

* (Closed) Something I noticed on this map in particular: https://cfw.sarna.net/wiki/images/f/ff/Buchlau_3151.svg?timestamp=20200113141252 It seems like there's six "major capitals" clustered together, and nothing in the actual articles supporting that. A glitch in the SUCKit, maybe? --67.165.196.215 17:31, 24 January 2020 (EST)

**In reply to 67.165.196.215: Yup, this is a confirmed error in the SUCKit, and has been corrected. We are just collating more errors before regenerating v1.1 of the maps. That nasty error currently affects 181 maps. Yuck! -Volt (talk) 01:35, 25 January 2020 (EST)

**In reply to 67.165.196.215: Also, just wanted to be clear that we appreciate this report. The OD team (specifically Volt) is taking action because you identified it. * (Closed) I feel that maps should be classified in a Category so they are not unclassified files, as this messes with the corresponding Uncategorized files page and makes is quite worthless. - Pserratv
