A short-lived Clan, the Jade Wolves existed briefly after the Refusal War between the Wolves and Jade Falcons. Clan Jade Wolf was in existence for only 19 days (14 Dec 3057 - 2 Jan 3058) before Khan Vlad Ward rechristened the Clan to full active status as the new Clan Wolf after killing the newly elected ilKhan Elias Crichell[1]
History
Clan Jade Wolf was formed as a result of Vlad killing Khan Vandervahn Chistu in a Trial of Refusal against the terms of the Wolf apsorbtion into the Jade Falcon Clan. Vlad was then awarded his bloodname in an unusual contest. Vlad did not anticipate the forming of the Jade Wolves, for he expected Clan Wolf to be liberated and re-formed. He then realized the reason for the forming of the Jade Wolves. He then challenged IlKhan Elias Crichell to a Trial of Refusal on the terms of Elias becoming IlKhan, and killed him as well.<ref>"Malicious Intent", Ch. 7,8,9,10,11
