Character History

Dana Kufahl (b. November 7th 2772[1] - 2855[2]) was the first Khan of Clan Coyote. The orphaned child of two Terran freedom fighters, she was raised in a tribe called "the Spirit of the Coyote" in southwestern North America. She joined the Exodus, along with several members of that tribe.

Kufahl was one of Nicholas Kerensky's most devoted followers, and was romantically involved with Andery Kerensky. After the Second Exodus, she was chosen as a khan, and the Coyote clan was deemed to be a natural choice, given her background.

Kufahl maintained several of the tribe's customs and carried them over into the Coyote Clan. Her insistence on honorable warfare became the basis of zellbrigen. Following Anderey Kerensky's death on Eden during Operation Klondike, Kufahl was replaced as khan due to mental distress, but continued to serve as an inter-Clan advisor and ambassador
