In September 3132, Governor Campbell participated in Cross-Prefecture Defense Conference between [[Prefecture III]] and [[Prefecture IV]] on Northwind, together with [[Prefect]] [[Tara Campbell]] and [[Lord Governor of Prefecture IV|Lord Governor]] [[Aaron Sandoval (32nd c.)|Aaron Sandoval]]. Aaron Sandoval stayed for several days after the conference, for further private meetings with Daniel Campbell, as well as local Northwind business leaders.<ref name=DA:INNp27></ref>
