In September 3132, Governor Campbell participated in Cross-Prefecture Defense Conference between Prefecture III and Prefecture IV on Northwind, together with Prefect Tara Campbell and Lord Governor Aaron Sandoval. Aaron Sandoval stayed for several days after the conference, for further private meetings with Daniel Campbell, as well as local Northwind business leaders.[3]
