Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Duke was a MechWarrior, who served in the Northwind Highlanders' First Kearny Highlanders, during the Fourth Succession War.[1]

History
Duke fought in the Command Lance of Colonel Sandra McPierce, with the First Kearny's First Company of First Battalion, during the 3029 Battle of Northwind. Landing on 12 January in Northwind's Rockspire Mountains, with a large Highlander force which had reached an agreement with First Prince Hance Davion to abandon the Capellan Confederation in return for being able to reclaim their ancestral homeworld, the Highlanders quickly linked up with the Federated Suns forces on-world and forced the opposing Draconis Combine units to retreat off-world.[1]

Duke was known to have piloted a TDR-5S Thunderbolt BattleMech.[1]
