MechWarrior David Levine was a Federated Suns MechWarrior in the Twenty-second Avalon Hussars during the early thirty-first century.[1][2]

History[edit]

Levine was a short, bearded man, with a pleasant manner and infectious smile.

He became well known before 3025, both for his success in leading raids against Draconis Combine border garrisons, as well as for his technical skills in improving his Ostroc 'Mech's electronics to aid his performance. His name was hated amongst important officials in the Combine, which in turn delighted First Prince Hanse Davion.

Davion sought to consult Levine about extending his modifications to the remainder of the Suns' Ostrocs, but before this effort could start, Levine was accidentially killed by bounty hunters sent by the Combine to capture him.[1][2]

BattleMech[edit]

Levine was known to have piloted a blue and gray painted Ostroc BattleMech, which had been modified with various nonstandard electronic and computer gear, which improved its detection and communication abilities. This 'Mech was destroyed in the same battle which caused Levine's death.[1][2]
