Duchy Regional Training Centers

General

Beneath the academies it gives the common Regional Training Centers. The quality depends on the size, the support and in which Duchy it is located. Not every RTC provides all fields of MOS. It is open to all capellan citizens.

Atmosphere

The physical demands are high and students how are not so fit, became outsider (with varying levels of hazing). The political pressure is a nother factor for stress. Some aristocrats make suprise "visits" or created a rivalry among RTC's under their command to outperform each other.
