Elaine Steward was the commanding officer of the Illician Lancers mercenary brigade.[1]

Elaine Steward served as the commanding officer of the Illician Lancers multi-regiment mercenary unit while they were in the employ of House Davion in 3025. She, along with the entirety of her unit, were stationed on Jonzac.[2]
