History
The unit take its name from a former merc command and was founded during the 4th Susseccion War. The command worked many years as scouts for the BLack Warrior from the Circinus Federation. The unit breach contract after a horrendous raid against Teyvareb in the FedCom in 3054.
The Shamrocks were later employed again with the Federation to counter any invasion from the marian side of the border. During a joint operation with other merc forces to find and destroy a hidden pirate base, the supporting Gray Ghost went rouge. These action cost the Shamrocks on lance and the commander sworn an oath to hunt the treasures unit.
The command receive spare parts and upgrades for further indepent operation through WoB sources.
