Garmin Doslic was, as of 2996, a Colonel in the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces.[1]
History
Two months after the 2996 Capellan conquest of Tsinghai, Garmin commanded the transition forces responsible for putting down a riot in Derricote Bay. He deployed a lance of Guard SecurityMechs to handle the rioters, ending with almost two hundred dead and the resistance to Liao occupation broken.[1]
