Demi-Precentor Glenda Durham was a battle armor trooper with the Word of Blake, and later the Heart of Blake mercenary unit, during the Word of Blake Jihad.[1]

Word of Blake[edit]
Prior to 3073, Durham commanded a Word of Blake battle armor squad on Epsilon Eridani, which was regularly ordered to hunt down traitors and other opponents of the Blakists. She and her soldiers become disaffected over time however, due to being sent after peaceful protestors, and being ordered to harm surrendering enemies.[1]
Heart of Blake[edit]
In 3073, during a raid on Epsilon Eridani by the Heart of Blake to capture war supplies, Durham defected to the mercenaries with her unit. With the Heart of Blake, she helped capture numerous Blakists, providing extensive intelligence to anti-Blakist forces.
These actions caused the Word to place a massive bounty on her head, of a size usually reserved for senior enemy commanders. Prior to 3075 this resulted in her having to fight off mercenary bounty hunters, including one battle in which she lost her left arm, which had to be replaced with a myomer prosthesis.[1]
