Goshi Tengwan was a General in the Draconis Combine. He commanded the Second Sword of Light while on Chandler.
Attack on Chandler
While the Ghost Bear strike force was deployed on Chandler to find Tengwan, their opposition was found refueling at a fuel depot. Both the Bears and Combine forces made no hesistation to attack each other on the planet. Upon refueling, Tengwan was caught off-guard by the attack when the Ghost Bears attack his dropship, forcing him out it's door. Although the Draconis forces fought valiantly, they were no match against the Ghost Bear strike force and Tengwan was captured by the clan.

After Tengwan was captured on Chandler by Clan Ghost Bear, he would be interrogated by the Clan about their attackers. His answer would lead the Bears to Wolcott, where they would find Ano Rentoshi and his Hatamoto-Chi. What happened to Tengwan remains unknown however. It is unclear if the Ghost Bears had returned him back to the Draconis Combine or has been kept as a bondsman by the clan.
BattleMechs
Tengwan would pilot a Raven BattleMech during his capture on Chandler.
