Harold Andrews was the commanding officer of the Thirty-sixth Lyran Guards RCT between 3050 and 3058.

In 3058 Marshal Harold Andrews chose to join an AFFS unit rather than abandon Tsingtao to the predations of the Capellan Confederation. Approximately 100 troops went with him.
