Description
Clan Star Adder developed the heavy lasers by tweaking standard lasers, resulting in a higher damage output and a greatly increased heat output. The new lasers also created interference with 'Mech sensors, resulting in a +1 to-hit penalty.

Since the Heavy Small Laser is only fielded by the Clans, there are no Inner Sphere models.
