Tai-sa Hugo Vasquez was the commander of the Ryuken-ni, with the Draconis Combine, from at least 3141 to 3145.[1][2][3]

In 3141 Vasquez and the Ryuken-ni were based on Barlow's Folly, when it was attacked by Second Robinson Rangers and Twenty-first Illician Rangers, as part of the Federated Suns' Operation PELAYO. Still recovering from heavy fighting in the Draconis Reach, Vasquez ordered a retreat under fire, eventually withdrawing to Irurzun.[2][3]

By December 3145, Vasquez was on New Ivaarsen, and still in command of the Ryuken-ni.[1]
