He was the first to found David, and that was good for him as the team was in for a huge bonus to the [[MechWarrior (pilot)|MechWarrior]] who brought David's ''[[Grasshopper]]'' down. That meant the Lance were competitors as well as allies, which meant that coordinated tactics were not going to happen. He was doing well until a second 'Mech appeared. An ''[[Axman]]'' carrying a [[Flail]] instead of a [[Hatchet]], painted the black and red of the [[Dispossessed Cooperative]]. As expected, they did not coordinate their tactics well. David was able to down the Axman and then subdued Ichabod.
