Sullivan was a political savvy officer, who used her high profile in the Federated Suns where her command was based, to ensure her troops had access to locally made luxury items. While this helped maintain morale, she demanded a high level of professionalism from her Divisions, and was constantly on the move inspecting the units under her command.[1]
