Star Captain Ingria Riaz was a senior officer of the Katyusha Keshik during the attack on Katyusha City by the Dark Caste Retribution Wraiths. Five days after the assault, on 10 April 3076, an injured Star Captain Riaz was present at a brief meeting held by ilKhan Hannibal Banacek where the Katyusha Keshik's officers were ordered to hunt down the Wraiths' accomplices with extreme prejudice.[1]
