Description

"Isolation's Weight" is a short story published on BattleCorps and written by Randall N. Bills. It was one of the stories that was available when the website went live. It is the first in a loosely-grouped series known as the Highlander Chronicles that follows various members of the Northwind Highlanders.

The short piece follows Lieutenant Cameron Baird as he defends Kiamba from a raid by the 1st Rasalhague Bears, one of the newest units in the Clan Ghost Bear touman.
