When Sergeant Tate's Valkyrie was destroyed, he had the choice of becoming infantry or stepping into the only available 'Mech. Tate regretted his decision, as it took him from a scouting role into guard duty. Tate's continued grousing was unlikely to result in better assignments.[1]
BattleMechs[edit]
Sergeant Jameson Tate originally piloted a Valkyrie BattleMech before its destruction. Much to his dismay, he was then forced to pilot an UrbanMech.[1]
