Templeton was a war hero during the Fourth Succession War, destroying half a dozen Federated Suns BattleMechs. In city combat, relying on her jump jets to make hit and run attacks, she also benefited from the surprise generated by her modified 'Mech, which carried SRMs rather than the more usual LRMs .[2][3][1]
Templeton had children, her granddaughter Jessica Templeton going on to be a Warrior House Hiritsu MechWarrior during the FedCom Civil War era.[1]
BattleMech
Templeton was known to pilot a Catapult BattleMech, equipped with SRMs rather than LRMs, which was nicknamed "Butterbee".[2][3] Her granddaughter did not inherit this 'Mech, but acquired a different Catapult, which she called "Butterbee 2" in its honor.[1]
