Joel Steverson is a writer, playtester, and demo team member for Catalyst Game Labs. His work appears in TechManual and the upcoming Strategic Operations. He is the author of the new BattleForce system, alternatively called TWBF, BF3, and SOBF; for simplicity TWBF is perferred.
